New Invoice Download Options (XML) for Fatoora-Onboarded Organizations
If your organization is onboarded to Fatoora and using our platform, we have great news for you! Previously, you could only download your ZATCA-compliant invoices and credit notes as PDF files with the required embedded XML.

You can now download the XML file separately, making it easier to share and use when needed.

This feature applies only to invoices and credit notes that have already been reported to ZATCA.
If your invoice or credit note hasn't been reported yet, only the PDF download will be available.
Where can I download it?
You can find the new XML download option in the invoice detail view.
Once an invoice has been reported, the regular Print/Download PDF button will turn into a combo button.
Simply click the small arrow next to the button to reveal the Download XML option.

Saves time: No need to extract the XML manually from the PDF.
More flexibility: Choose the format that suits your workflow.
Easier compliance: Quickly provide the required XML when requested by ZATCA or auditors.
To take advantage of this feature, head to your invoice detail page and select the format you need.
